PermitNow is the sole issuer for all road & hauling permits in the RM of Mervin No. 499. All loads travelling over secondary weights are required to obtain a permit prior to travel on local RM Mervin roads. Prior to a permit being issued, the Oil Company or Prime Contractor on site must have a valid Road Use Agreement in place. PermitNow maintains all documentation for RUAs.
