How to set up an Invoiced Account

Call the R.M. Office at 306-845-2045 or stop in at our office located at 211 Main Street Turtleford, SK to set up an Invoiced account.

• Information needed:
• Personal or Business Name
• Primary Contact Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address (Optional)
• Mailing Address

Want to have your monthly invoices emailed to you? Call the R.M. Office at 306-845-2045 or email rm499@rmofmervin.com to have it set up. Invoices are sent out the first business day of the month. 

Invoiced business accounts now have the abilitiy to check account balances, pay balances online with a credit card, and see monthly usage.

Prepaid Wash Card

The R.M. offers prepaid wash cards that can be uploaded with any amount you wish to purchase. We accept cash, cheque, debit or credit in office. If you are unable to make it to the office we do accept credit card over the phone as well as etransfers.

Credit Cards

Washing your vehicle with a Credit Card? The RM of Mervin's Car Wash system charges a $50.00 pre auth charge with every wash. The charge will be removed after some time, depends on your Credit Card company policy.
