APAS Representative – Call for Expressions of Interest 

 

The Rural Municipality of Mervin No. 499 is seeking an engaged and community-minded individual to serve as our representative for the Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan (APAS). 

APAS is the united, non-partisan voice of nearly 16,000 Saskatchewan farmers and ranchers, advocating on key agricultural issues and shaping policies that impact producers across the province. As an APAS Representative, you will: 

• Give a voice to the RM of Mervin by participating in APAS meetings 

• Keep Council and community members informed about APAS activities, projects, policies, and emerging agricultural issues 

• Contribute to agricultural policy development through District Meetings, APAS General Meetings, and APAS Policy Committees 

• Build valuable relationships with producers across Saskatchewan 

• Develop knowledge and expertise in a broad range of agricultural and governance issues 

 

Expressions of Interest will be accepted until Friday, December 5th at 12:00 Noon. Expressions of Interest can be sent to:
