Discretionary Use Notification

Description of Proposed Use: Application has been made for the subdivision of a parcel on the above stated land location. This is currently allowed as a discretionary use within the Agricultural District, that defers to Schedule D of Bylaw 94-4, known as the Zoning Bylaw. As part of the discretionary use application process, property owners adjacent to, or nearby to the proposed development are given written notification to submit written comments. Comments provided to the municipality shall be compiled and presented to Council prior to rendering a decision.
Comments must be submitted by Friday November 1st.
Council will be considering this application at the regularly scheduled meeting held on Tuesday, November 5th, 2019 at 1:30 PM at the RM of Mervin Office at 211 Main Street, Turtleford, SK, S0M 2Y0.
